Foreign player Leah hardeman has joined the Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement women's volleyball team since September 25. As soon as they arrived in Vietnam, the players started practicing to get acquainted with the team to prepare for the second phase of the 2025 National Championship.

Leah hardeman is 1m81 tall. However, she was considered an effective first-step defensive player, so coach Bui Huy Son decided to hire this foreign player.
The Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement team conducts training in Bac Ninh to prepare for the second phase of the 2025 National Championship. In the first stage, the team only had 2 wins, lost 3 matches, so they ranked 6th. In phase 2, coach Bui Huy Son and his team will play the remaining 2 matches of the group stage against Duc Giang Chemicals and Vietinbank.
In theory, Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement still has a chance to enter the final round. However, they must ensure victory in each second round to have a good prospect of success. At the end of the 2024 National Championship, this team ranked 4th.
Currently, the Thanh women's volleyball team has domestic players with stable performance including Ngo Thu Thu Thuy, Le Thi Minh Khue, Nguyen Thi Hien, Bui Thi Nga, Nguyen Van Ha, Pham Thi Thuy, Hoang Thi Thao, Quach Kim Luyen, Doan Thi Xuan, Bui Thi Thu Trang, Quach Thi Thanh Tam, Pham Thi Nhu Quynh, Bui Thi Huyen. Among them, face Quach Kim Luyen was trained for the U21 Vietnam team earlier this year.
