In the 2024-2025 school year, grassroots trade unions in the school sector focus on taking care of the lives of union members and workers.
144 union members in difficult circumstances received subsidies and gifts, 59 union members received loans from the City Labor Federation (LDLD) Poor Workers' Capital Support Fund with a total amount of nearly 3 billion VND.
Teachers in the district are actively participating in scientific research, contributing initiatives and improving teaching methods with 412 topics being commended and recognized. In the 2024-2025 school year, 100% of collectives achieved the title of excellent grassroots union.
The conference also evaluated the results of activities, commending 55 grassroots trade unions of state administrative agencies and public service units that received 100% of the state budget for actively contributing to trade union activities and the movement of workers in the district in recent times. Implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus, the District Labor Federation also dissolved the above 55 grassroots unions, and transferred 228 enterprise grassroots unions to the City Labor Federation.
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with achievements in trade union activities were commended and rewarded by trade unions at all levels.
