Without having to go directly to job introduction centers, many workers in rural, remote and isolated areas in Ninh Binh now have the opportunity to access thousands of job positions through mobile job transaction sessions organized right at the grassroots level. This is considered a practical solution to shorten the information gap between workers and businesses, while contributing to solving employment and improving people's incomes.
Recently, within the framework of the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Festival 2026 held at the end of April, the Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center coordinated with relevant units to organize the "Mobile Job Transaction Session", attracting a large number of people, youth union members and workers to participate in searching for job opportunities.
At the transaction session, 213 business units directly participated and sent recruitment and vocational enrollment needs with nearly 28,000 job positions at home and abroad. Businesses recruited workers in many fields such as electronics manufacturing, garment, mechanics, food processing, services... Among them, labor with intermediate level or higher is 2,457 targets, primary vocational level or higher is 4,551 targets and general labor is 20,902 targets.

Notably, at the trading session, many labor export targets to Japan, Korea, Taiwan (China), the Federal Republic of Germany and some European countries were introduced with income levels from 20 - 60 million VND/person/month, attracting great attention from young workers in rural areas.
Talking to PV of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. La Thanh Tung - Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Employment Service Center said that the labor market currently has a large recruitment demand, but in many rural localities, workers still face difficulties in accessing recruitment information suitable to their capacity and qualifications. Meanwhile, many businesses are also lacking labor to meet production requirements.
Therefore, organizing mobile job transaction sessions right in the locality is expected to create favorable conditions for workers to access the labor market faster, more directly and save travel costs.
Not only connecting recruitment, mobile job transaction sessions also support workers to be consulted on vocational training, skills to participate in the labor market, unemployment insurance policies, rights and obligations when working at enterprises...
Mobile job transaction sessions not only open up opportunities to find stable jobs for rural people but also contribute to limiting unsustainable freelance labor, creating motivation for local economic development and improving the quality of human resources in the new period.
Mobile job transactions have truly promoted the role of a bridge between businesses and workers in the field of job introduction, contributing to expanding links and exploiting the labor market. In the coming time, we will continue to coordinate with localities and unions to organize more mobile job transaction sessions in communes and wards, especially in remote and isolated areas. Thereby helping workers access full information about the labor market, while creating conditions for businesses to recruit more effectively" - Mr. Tung shared.
