The Job Fair takes place on April 23 at Dong A University, Da Nang, co-organized by the Department of Home Affairs, aiming to support job search, career orientation and improve skills to access the labor market.
The event attracted the participation of a large number of workers in the city and many businesses in different fields. This is an opportunity for job seekers to access recruitment information, learn about job requirements and choose positions suitable to their abilities. At the same time, businesses have conditions to recruit human resources to meet production and business needs.

Among them, 106 businesses directly interviewed at the job fair, 103 businesses entrusted recruitment through the City Employment Service Center. The total recruitment demand is up to more than 41,000 workers, spanning many levels from university to general labor.
The recruitment structure shows a large demand in the group of technical workers and general laborers. In addition, positions requiring college, university and intermediate qualifications also account for a significant proportion. This reflects the trend that the labor market is in need of diverse human resources, from professional skills to practical labor.
Recruitment occupations are divided into 7 main groups. In which, the hotel, accommodation and finance and banking sectors account for a large number of businesses. The fields of technology, media, logistics, healthcare and sending workers to work abroad are also present, expanding career choices for participants.
Not only stopping at recruitment, the job fair also contributes to raising awareness about employment, helping workers be more proactive in career orientation. This is a practical solution to stabilize life, while supporting local socio-economic development.
