Building and promoting financial health for employees

Training and improving personal financial knowledge: Organize seminars and courses on financial management, savings, investment, personal debt management; provide documents and applications to support employees in learning how to control finance; invite a team of financial consultants to work with employees.

Direct financial support through salary and benefit policies: Financial benefits program; providing health insurance packages, family insurance or flexible pension funds; establishing an emergency financial support fund for personnel; ensuring that salary, bonus and salary increase policies are implemented fairly and transparently.

Support to improve physical health

Create time and facilities: Integrating light exercise for employees (10 - 15 minutes) during work shifts; building a gym at the workplace or cooperating with fitness centers to provide free or discounted exercise packages for employees.
