In the context of many difficulties due to fluctuations in fuel and material prices, Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant still maintains and fully implements regimes and policies for workers according to regulations.
Accordingly, 100% of workers are signed labor contracts in accordance with regulations, arranged jobs appropriately; regimes for female workers and advanced training are guaranteed.
Salary and bonus policies continue to be implemented in the direction of linking to productivity and work efficiency. Average income in 2025 reached more than 20 million VND/person/month, a clear proof of employers' efforts in stabilizing and improving the lives of workers. In the first months of 2026, income continued to be maintained at a stable level.
Along with that, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance regimes are fully implemented, with 100% of workers participating. Health care is particularly concerned, when all workers are undergoing periodic health check-ups, and workers working in heavy environments are undergoing in-depth check-ups every 6 months. The factory also maintains good occupational safety and hygiene, preventing labor accidents in 2025 and the first months of 2026.
Not only stopping at compulsory regimes, employers also focus on improving the material and spiritual life of workers through a series of practical welfare policies.
Workers are arranged housing, supported with childcare costs, organized cultural and sports activities, visited and encouraged promptly during holidays, Tet, sickness, and weddings. Overtime meals are guaranteed nutrition, and the working environment is improved in a green - clean - beautiful direction.
In particular, the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement continues to be maintained effectively, with many contents more beneficial to workers such as supporting holidays, caring for female workers, improving the quality of health check-ups and accompanying welfare regimes.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Thanh Hai - Director of the Factory emphasized that in the context of many challenges, the collective leadership and employees of the Factory have made efforts to overcome difficulties, maintain stable production, and ensure jobs and income for employees.
He affirmed that the Factory always identifies people as the central factor, the important driving force for sustainable development. At the same time, he requested units to continue to closely follow tasks, tighten discipline, especially focus on safety, improve working conditions and promote grassroots democracy.
Also at the conference, Mr. Vu Van Minh - representative of the Labor Relations Department, Vietnam Electricity Trade Union highly appreciated the results that Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant has achieved in implementing regimes and policies for workers. He acknowledged the proactiveness and responsibility of employers in coordinating with trade union organizations to comprehensively care for workers' lives, from income and employment to the working environment.


He also emphasized that the model of organizing employee conferences at the Factory is deployed methodically and in accordance with regulations, promoting the effectiveness of grassroots democracy regulations; thereby creating a practical dialogue channel, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
In the coming time, he proposed that the Factory continue to promote the achieved results, strengthen periodic dialogues, promptly grasp the thoughts of workers, and constantly improve working conditions, improve welfare, towards the goal of sustainable development.
From the achieved results, it can be affirmed that employers at Vinh Tan 4 Thermal Power Plant have been and are clearly showing their role and responsibility in comprehensively caring for employees. Labor relations are maintained stable, no complaints arise, creating a solid foundation for the collective of officials and employees to feel secure in their work, contributing to successfully completing the unit's production and business tasks in 2026 and the following years.
