Helping cadres, civil servants and workers enter a new era

Cao Bang - The Provincial Federation of Labor has just organized a thematic conference on "Cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers are creative, confident, and pioneers entering the new era".

The event was held on the afternoon of April 18 in a combined form of direct and online at 12 locations, attracting 861 delegates to attend and many followers on digital platforms.

At the Provincial Conference Center, the conference was chaired by Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), along with the participation of leaders of departments and branches of Cao Bang province.

Within the framework of the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu shared about the thinking and necessary skills of trade union officials in the new context, emphasizing the role of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in administrative reform and digital transformation.

Delegates also discussed the desire to build a streamlined and efficient political apparatus; grasp information before the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; as well as difficulties in trade union activities.

The conference aims to improve knowledge and skills for trade union cadres, contributing to building a strong trade union organization that meets the requirements of innovation.

On this occasion, BIDV Bank Cao Bang Branch donated 130 million VND to the program "Accompanying women on the border" implemented by the Provincial Federation of Labor.
