Assign the Department of Construction to coordinate with investors to complete the procedures and conditions for commencement and inauguration of investment projects; directing the traffic inspection force to coordinate with the traffic police force and relevant units to agree on the plan to organize the flow to ensure traffic; guide vehicles in the ceremony area. Coordinate with People's Committees of districts: Nam Tu Liem and Hoai Duc to arrange ground, arrange parking location for the groundbreaking ceremony, inauguration of investment projects to ensure safety and convenience.
