Implementing Plan No. 220/KH-UBND of the Hanoi People's Committee and Plan No. 4546/KH-SNV of the Hanoi Department of Home Affairs, the Hanoi Employment Service Center has chaired and coordinated with the People's Committees of communes and wards to collect information and grasp the need to find jobs for workers who quit due to the arrangement of the state administrative apparatus. At the same time, the Center also coordinated with localities to collect recruitment needs and shortage of job positions of businesses in the city. In particular, priority is given to connecting job positions suitable for training majors, professional qualifications and experience of workers affected by the organizational arrangement.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Cuong - Vice Chairman of Yen Hoa Ward People's Committee - said: "We have requested departments and offices to review the number of redundant workers, and at the same time coordinate with departments, branches and unions to arrange and assign them to positions suitable for their professional qualifications. In addition, the ward also works with related businesses and units to connect and support job creation for these redundant workers".
Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center Vu Quang Thanh said that after implementing the plan, up to now, 62 communes and wards have submitted reports. Accordingly, more than 400 workers have been declared, of which 169 people have a need for advice, introduction and connection to find a job; 88 people want to learn a trade; the rest have no need.
The center has closely coordinated with wards and communes to review and collect information about the labor force that needs to find a job or learn a trade. This work is done through directly collected forms and through QR code scanning. In the coming time, we will continue to coordinate with localities to synthesize, orient and implement support activities, consultation and job introduction for this workforce" - Mr. Thanh added.
