To overcome shortcomings and limitations, ensure traffic safety for workers and laborers; maintain traffic order and safety (TTATGT) on National Highway 5 (QL5), especially at gate areas and road sections near industrial parks and clusters, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just requested relevant departments, branches and localities to strengthen coordination and synchronously deploy solutions.
Accordingly, departments, branches, unions and localities where National Highway 5 passes through continue to organize dissemination, dissemination and implementation of Plan No. 796 on ensuring traffic safety on National Highway 5 to infrastructure enterprises, enterprises inside and outside industrial parks and clusters and all employees and workers.
The goal is to create high consensus, proactively and actively respond and implement solutions for the safety of Hai Duong workers, for the long-term and sustainable benefits of the enterprise and the bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape along the route.

Enterprises are required to step up propaganda and dissemination of laws on traffic safety, instructions on safe traffic skills, combined with training on safe driving practices, close to actual conditions on National Highway 5 and the local transport system.
Along with that, launching an emulation movement between industrial parks and clusters, between enterprises in ensuring traffic safety for workers, maintaining public order, taking care of the landscape, trees, lighting, and environmental sanitation in and around the unit's premises.
Infrastructure management enterprises and enterprises inside and outside industrial parks and clusters need to closely coordinate with authorities and functional agencies to propagate to workers about traffic safety laws and instruct them on safe driving skills.
In particular, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province encourages businesses to study the arrangement of shift work hours between businesses in the area, between workshops in the same factory with many workers to reduce vehicle density during rush hour. At the same time, arrange suitable premises in the industrial park to organize essential services, serving the daily consumption needs of workers right on the spot, after work hours.
Synchronizing solutions not only contributes to reducing traffic accidents, but also creates a civilized and safe working environment, supporting businesses to develop stably and sustainably.
