Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation has implemented the transfer and assignment of Trade Union officials between the two localities.
Specifically, Mr. Pham Khac Tiep - Member of the Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation term I, term 2025-2030, Chairman of Tu Ky Commune Trade Union - was transferred to work at Ninh Giang Commune Trade Union and hold the position of Chairman of Ninh Giang Commune Trade Union.
Along with that, Mr. Le Viet Long - Member of the Inspection Committee of the City Labor Federation term I, Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Tu Ky Commune Trade Union - was transferred to Ninh Giang Commune Trade Union, taking on the position of Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of this Commune Trade Union.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation term I, Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union was transferred to Tu Ky Commune Trade Union, participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and holding the position of Chairman of Tu Ky Commune Trade Union term I, term 2025-2030.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Phiet - Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation - said that the transfer and appointment of officials this time stems from the practical requirements of the grassroots Trade Union organization.
Previously, the number of commune-level Trade Unions was still limited, while managing many administrative units, causing some trade unions to be in charge of a wide scope such as Tu Ky, Ngu Phuc or Ninh Giang. This creates no small pressure on the organization, management and implementation of tasks.
To overcome the above situation, the City Labor Federation has coordinated with local Party committees to implement adjustments and establish more Trade Union organizations, and at the same time rearrange the area in charge.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Phiet, the organizational consolidation and personnel mobilization this time is not only aimed at meeting practical requirements, but also creates conditions for the contingent of Trade Union officials to promote their capacity and improve the quality of operations, especially in the work of developing union members and building strong grassroots Trade Union organizations.
