At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee listened to a report and gave opinions on the plan to organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Project to invest in the construction of a functional service area under the Dai An Industrial Park expansion (Residence for workers and experts). The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed with the policy and requested relevant agencies and units to fully review the conditions for project implementation according to regulations.
Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau emphasized that this project will contribute to the implementation of policies and orientations on developing rental housing, housing for workers and laborers; and at the same time implement the tasks assigned by the Government to localities on developing rental housing.
The Secretary of the City Party Committee requested units to continue reviewing the housing needs of workers, laborers and experts; linking housing development with technical infrastructure, social infrastructure and essential services, meeting the development requirements of industrial parks and economic zones in the city.
Also at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee gave opinions on the policy of approving the planning of leading and managing cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030, 2026 - 2031 and the term 2030 - 2035, 2031 - 2036 of departments, agencies, branches, affiliated units and the Party Committee of City Party Agencies; the plan to arrange public non-business units according to Resolution No. 105/NQ-CP of the Government and Action Program No. 07-CTr/TU of the City Party Committee Executive Committee; building a draft dossier of the Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 226/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms for the development of Hai Phong city. In addition, giving opinions on the organization of the Conference to Announce Decisions of the Prime Minister on the establishment of specialized economic zones; planning the Southern Coastal Economic Zone and operating the Free Trade Zone of Hai Phong city.
