Hau Giang admits more than 1,000 union members who are grassroots militia forces

Hau Giang - During the 2 days of May 15-16, Chau Thanh A District Labor Federation admitted 1,032 union members who are grassroots militia and self-defense forces.

On May 16, the Chau Thanh A District Labor Federation (LDLD) coordinated with the District Military Command to organize a launching ceremony for the grassroots militia and self-defense union in 5 units: Rach Goi town, Cai Tac town, Thanh Xuan commune, Nhon Nghia A commune and Tan Phu Thanh commune.

At the ceremony, the Chau Thanh A District Labor Federation approved decisions on the establishment of the Grassroots Militia and Self-Defense Union and admission to the Union. Accordingly, 530 grassroots militia and self-defense forces were admitted to the Trade Union organization.

The union members expressed their honor and commitment to strictly implement the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union as well as the unit's internal regulations.

The leaders of Hau Giang Provincial Federation of Labor and Chau Thanh A District Federation of Labor hope that the newly admitted union members will comply with the rules and regulations of the Trade Union as well as the unit, try their best to work and complete their assigned tasks well.

In just 2 days of May 15 - 16, the Chau Thanh A District Labor Federation established 10 grassroots Militia and Self-Defense Unions in 10 communes and towns in the district and admitted 1,032 union members.
