Ms. Diem's husband is a member of the Phu Viet Fiber Joint Stock Company's Union. Faced with the major incident and the difficult circumstances of the union member's family, the Phu Hoa An Textile Joint Stock Company's Union submitted a request to the Vietnam Textile and Garment Union to support the costs of raising the union member's orphaned child. Timely grasping the situation of union members from the grassroots level to proactively help and share, and requesting support from the higher-level Union, demonstrates the concern and thoughtfulness of the Union organization towards union members and workers.
This is a practical activity, with a very humane nature. The monthly support money for raising children is a source of encouragement and partial support for Ms. Diem's husband to take care of the children. What is special is that when union members encounter difficulties, they receive support and sharing both materially and spiritually from the Union at all levels. This will help union members' families firmly overcome the current difficulties and continue to trust and stick with the Union organization and the Textile and Garment enterprise.
