Support union members to build new houses during the storm season

The Trade Union and Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Company supported funding to help union member Nguyen Mau Linh realize her dream of having a new, solid house in the rainy and stormy season.

On November 24, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Trade Union of Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. has just held an acceptance ceremony and handed over the "Dream House" to the family of Mr. Nguyen Mau Linh - a union member of Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd.

It is known that Mr. Nguyen Mau Linh has been with Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. for more than 14 years. His family is in difficult circumstances, his wife stays at home to take care of their young children and is a freelancer with unstable income.

Previously, Mr. Linh lived with his parents in a small, cramped house in Mo Duc commune, Quang Ngai province. After starting their own family, due to not having enough living space, the couple had to move to rent a room.

In 2019, the couple saved up and with the help of both parents bought a small piece of land in Nghia Giang commune. However, his family's dream of building a private house is becoming increasingly distant when Mr. Linh's monthly income is only enough to cover living expenses and raising children.

Understanding the dream and desire to have a spacious home for Mr. Linh's family, the grassroots union and Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. have supported him with part of the funding, helping him and his wife realize their dream of a warm and safe house during the rainy and stormy season.

His family's level 4 house was newly built with a total cost of about 300 million VND. Of which, the Trade Union of Doosan Enerbility Vietnam Co., Ltd. supported 50 million VND in cash, the Company supported materials and labor with an estimated 12 million VND, the rest of Mr. Linh's family borrowed from grandparents and friends.
