The congresses took place from October 3 to 31, taking place according to plan, ensuring correct procedures, times, and contents according to the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the instructions of the City Labor Federation.
The units have proactively prepared conditions to organize the congress, developed reports and personnel plans, carefully prepared documents and procedures for organizing the congress, and reported to the Standing Committee of the local Party Committee for approval of the personnel plan of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee and positions of new term Trade Union officials.
According to the assessment, the Political Report of the units comprehensively reflects the situation of activities since its establishment, clearly defining the direction, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term, associated with local and grassroots practices. All congresses attracted the participation and active contributions of delegates to the Draft Documents of the 18th Congress of the City Trade Union.
The Trade Unions of communes, wards and the Trade Unions of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks have completed the Congress, the City Labor Federation has specifically guided the review, management and dissolution of grassroots Trade Unions that are not qualified to operate; organized the grassroots Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term with the goal of completing before December 15, 2025; and at the same time, guided the proposal of personnel for delegates to attend the 18th Congress of Hanoi City Trade Union.
