On the afternoon of September 12, the Trade Union of Hospital 199 (Ministry of Public Security) in Da Nang held a conference to disseminate documents and regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ministry of Public Security on Trade Union work in the People's Public Security (CAND).
At the Conference, Comrade Truong Van Truong - Vice President of the 199 Hospital Trade Union disseminated and disseminated a number of new regulations and documents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the People's Public Security Executive Committee to union members, such as: Regulation No. 06/QD-TLD dated January 24, 2025 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the organization and operation of trade unions in the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Regulation No. 1753-QD/DUCA dated June 30, 2025 of the Central Public Security Party Committee on approving the project to reorganize and reorganize the Trade Union model in the People's Public Security in the spirit of Resolution 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the 13th Central Committee, Conclusion No. 157-KL/TW dated May 25, 2025 of the Ministry of Culture and Politics No. 564/X49/X03-P93/2025 dated June 30, 2025 of the Central Public Security Party Committee on the implementation of the Trade Union model in the People's Public Security in the spirit of Resolution No. 61-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the Central Committee of the 13th Central Committee of the Ministry of Labor, Conclusion No. dated May 29, 2025 of the Ministry of Culture and Public Security on the implementation of the General Confederation of Labor on the implementation of Labor - Trade Union "CND/S/S/S/S/C".
After listening to the new regulations and documents, many discussed opinions of union members were seriously accepted and answered by the Executive Committee of the grassroots union and the Hospital Party Committee. In particular, opinions were concentrated on groups of questions related to social security regimes, social welfare; Policies and laws related to workers and grassroots trade union organizations...
After the Conference, the Grassroots Trade Union External Committee will continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the contents, solutions, programs and plans set out to strengthen political and ideological work for union members, meeting the requirements of building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite and modern People's Public Security force.
