On March 7, on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8, 1,985 years of Hai Ba Trung's Uprising and 13 years of International Happiness Day - Long An Industrial Parks Trade Union, a meeting of union officials under the organization was held and an art flower arrangement contest was organized among union members and workers.
Attending the meeting were Ms. Le Thi Thu Cuc - Permanent Vice President of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor, leaders of the Long An Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union, union officials under the Long An Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union and contestants attending the contest.
At the contest, Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Trang - President of the Long An Industrial Parks Trade Union - reviewed the tradition of 115 years of International Women's Union, 1985 year of Hai Ba Trung Uprising Day and 13 years of International Happy Day, and at the same time requested female cadres and employees in the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union system to promote the heroic, indomitable, moderate and responsible tradition of Vietnamese women in today's life and work.
In order to express gratitude to outstanding cadres, union members, and workers who attended the meeting to celebrate the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day on March 8 and the 1985 anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, the Organizing Committee presented gifts to congratulate the female delegates on March 8 at the meeting.
In the Flower Art Competition, the teams completed the flower vases, flower baskets or flower baskets in 45 minutes with the theme of Vietnamese women in general, the role of women in the family, society and production and labor contributing to the development of the country. The judges scored based on the following criteria: installation techniques, art, creativity, good presentation, timely, reasonable cost of buying flowers, etc.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and many Encouragement Prizes with a total prize money of tens of millions of VND. The flower arranging team of the Trade Union of Jia Hsin Company Limited won the first prize of the contest.
