The Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited organized a Trade Union Meal for all of the company's more than 40,000 employees.
Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited has 2 factories in Thanh Phu Industrial Park (Tan Trieu Ward) and Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park (Long Thanh Commune). According to the reporter's records, the Union Meal for union members and workers at noon includes many dishes such as: Large shrimp fried, braised meat, vegetables, soups, cakes, soft drinks... The price of the meal is 50,000 VND/meal (twice as much as normal days). In addition, the Union Meal also has vegetarian dishes for vegetarian workers.
At the shift meal of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited, opinions shared by workers all said that the shift meal was delicious, clean, and of guaranteed quality... A worker who had been a worker at Changshin Vietnam Company Limited for more than 20 years said: Many workers still "hoe" the nutritious shift meals at the company to help them gain weight compared to before working at the company.

Ms. Doan Thi Kim Loan - Vice President of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited - said that this is the second time the trade union has coordinated with the Board of Directors of the company to organize a Trade Union Meal for workers, demonstrating the concern of the Trade Union organization towards the goal of making workers always consider the company as a home and family. The representative of the Board of Directors of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited said that the Union Meal is a practical activity to care for union members and workers and hopes that this program will be implemented regularly and continuously in the coming years.
On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the grassroots Trade Union and the Board of Directors of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company also coordinated to prepare to serve the Trade Union Meal to 2,300 workers.
A representative of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company said that the company highly appreciated the building of harmonious labor relations of the Trade Union organization, and at the same time, encouraged sustainable development cooperation between employees and employers.
According to the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor, up to now, more than 100 units have registered to implement the Trade Union Meal for workers.
Union Meals are a new model with the aim of better implementing the work of caring for the material and spiritual life, aiming to build long-term welfare programs for union members and workers. The Union Meal is a practical activity affirming the responsibility and concern of the Union organization in caring for union members and workers from practical and practical daily needs.
Since July 1, after the merger, Dong Nai province has 52 industrial parks, with nearly 2,300 units and 750,000 union members.
