On July 29, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, concurrently Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) said that in recent days, he and the working delegation have come to work with a number of grassroots unions with many union members in the province.
Thereby grasping the situation of trade union activities at the unit and coordinating to better care for union members.

At Ham Kiem II Industrial Park, the working delegation came to work with the grassroots union of Right Rich International Company Limited.
This is the unit with the largest number of union members in the province with 3,351 union members/3,572 workers.

In the past, the company has fully implemented legal regulations related to employees, especially salary policies, ensuring the rights of employees.
The working group also worked with the Trade Union of Hai Nam Company Limited - a company specializing in the production and processing of seafood, with more than 1,600 employees. The company has strictly implemented insurance policies and signed labor contracts in accordance with regulations.

Emulation movements and caring activities at the two grassroots trade unions are maintained regularly and in depth, contributing to motivating workers to work with peace of mind.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged and commended the efforts and effective working models of grassroots trade unions, especially the results of developing union members and caring for workers' lives.
He affirmed that the higher-level trade union will continue to accompany and guide the grassroots to perform well its functions and tasks.
Mr. Hoang also suggested that grassroots trade unions closely coordinate with enterprises in protecting legitimate rights and interests, increasing income and building harmonious and stable labor relations.

Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor currently directly manages 1,066 grassroots unions and grassroots unions with a total of 94,533 union members.
In the context of large areas and uneven distribution of enterprises, the Provincial Federation of Labor has quickly implemented key tasks to improve the quality of trade union activities in the new period.
In particular, priority is given to developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, aiming to cover trade union organizations in qualified enterprises, especially in the non-state sector.
