During the 2025 Workers' Month, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Federation of Labor organized a series of activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers. One of the key activities is the "Thank You Workers" program.
At Vard Vung Tau Company Limited, the Provincial Federation of Labor has just coordinated with the Trade Union of Industrial Parks and the Trade Union of enterprises to organize a meeting and express our deep gratitude to all union members and workers in the enterprise.
The Provincial Federation of Labor has sent gifts to recognize and thank the contributions of workers Nguyen Quoc Toan and Nguyen Van Loc. These are two outstanding workers who have had many ideas and initiatives in their work, and were awarded the "Creative Labor" certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. At the same time, the enterprise's Trade Union also presented 5 gifts to thank outstanding union members who have been attached to the union for many years and have many initiatives in production labor.
Receiving the gratitude gift, Mr. Nguyen Van Loc expressed his emotion when the union cared about and supported him, and the company created favorable conditions to help him... According to him, the contributions and contributions recorded will encourage workers to continue to promote, constantly learn to improve productivity and work quality.
The program is also held in many other places across the province, for example, the Chan Chun Vina Company Limited Trade Union has just presented 50 gifts of recognition, thanking employees for completing their tasks excellently in 2024.
Thousands of gifts support workers in difficult circumstances
On this occasion, thousands of support gifts were also presented to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at enterprises.
Trade unions at all levels presented 40 gifts at Vard Vung Tau Company Limited; 40 gifts at Ba Ria Urban Services Joint Stock Company... to contribute to encouraging and motivating workers to overcome difficulties, enthusiastically rise up in production labor, and complete assigned tasks.
Ms. Tran Thi Giang - a worker at Vung Tau Urban and Green Tree Development Joint Stock Company - said that she was very happy and moved to receive support gifts and the attention of the Trade Union organization, helping workers to reduce some of their difficulties and worries in life.
"I hope that there will continue to be more practical programs, caring for workers, especially those in difficult circumstances in the coming time," said Ms. Giang.
According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, in the program "Thank You to Workers" during Workers' Month 2025, trade unions at all levels will give about 4,737 gifts to union members and workers with a total amount of more than 3.5 billion VND.
Mr. Le Van Hoa - Chairman of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Federation of Labor - commented that the strong development in all economic, cultural, social fields... in the locality is marked by the diligence in creativity and sense of responsibility of the workers and laborers.
Through the program, we have reviewed and recognized the valuable contributions of workers, contributing to the proud achievements of enterprises in particular and the development of the province in general in technology transformation, green development... At the same time, the program also cares for difficult circumstances so that workers can trust and stick with enterprises and trade unions.
