In the first days of the new year 2026, at the Da River left bank industrial park (Hoa Binh ward, Phu Tho province), the production atmosphere at Meiko Hoa Binh Electronics Co., Ltd. is bustling.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, an electronic component assembly worker, said that she used to work freelance, with unstable income. Since joining Meiko, the job has become more stable, income is stable, and insurance benefits are guaranteed, helping her family feel secure and stick together for a long time.
Ms. Huong's story is a vivid slice in the overall picture of Phu Tho's labor market in 2025.

According to statistics from the Department of Home Affairs, the total number of workers who have been employed in the province reached more than 59,000 people, equal to 115.8% of the annual plan.
This result contributes to reducing unemployment pressure, creating a stable foundation for social security and serving the goal of local economic development.
A bright spot is the work of sending workers to work abroad under contracts. In the year, more than 6,200 workers have left the country to markets with stable incomes, helping many families improve their lives, accumulate capital and professional experience.
When returning to their localities, this labor force continues to contribute to the domestic labor market with more professional skills and working style.

Labor supply and demand connection is implemented according to the actual needs of businesses. Nearly 3,300 job positions have been approved for nearly 900 turns of businesses, focusing on the industrial, service and foreign-invested sectors.
Along with that, nearly 4,500 work permits for foreigners were issued in accordance with regulations, contributing to attracting investment, technology transfer and management experience, and improving the operational efficiency of enterprises in the province.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Thuy - Head of the Department of Labor and Employment, Phu Tho Provincial Department of Home Affairs, to increase job access for workers, the Department has assigned 3 Employment Service Centers to strengthen supply and demand connections through direct, mobile and online job transaction sessions.
At the same time, strongly exploit digital platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, and websites so that workers can access recruitment information quickly and closely to their needs.
