Higher-level trade unions take good care of union members
According to the Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor, the most prominent unit for the trade union at the grassroots level is the Binh Duong Industrial Parks Trade Union. The unit visited and presented 467 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to workers who have had work accidents, serious illnesses, and workers with disabilities. For workers who had work-related accidents, the unit organized nursing and health rehabilitation for 34 workers. Giving 2 electric motorbikes (worth nearly 20 million VND/bikes) to 2 workers who had a serious work accident. There are 109 workers in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses at 2 enterprises supported by the unit with a total amount of 54.5 million VND.
The Binh Duong Industrial Parks Trade Union said that the unit has guided grassroots trade unions to actively respond to Workers' Month in many diverse forms to attract a large number of union members and workers to participate. The units coordinated to organize the contest to disseminate the law "Ring the Golden bell" and organize subsidized sales for workers.
In Bac Tan Uyen district, in recent months, the district Labor Federation has had many activities to care for workers' lives. Notable is the "Thank You Workers" program, giving 200 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to workers in difficult circumstances. Awarded 10 million VND to support a family of a worker who died in a work accident. Notably, the unit presented "Union Shelter" to union members with difficult housing circumstances, with an amount of 100 million VND. Support 15 scholarships for students overcoming difficulties, with a total cost of 20 million VND.
Union donates milk to union members, calls for support for workers in difficulty
Thanks to the guidance of the direct superior trade union, many grassroots trade unions have good solutions and methods in caring for the lives of workers. It can be mentioned that at Estec Vietnam Company (Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City), the Trade Union proposed and coordinated with the Board of Directors to improve the workers' car park to be more airy and safer. Establish a breakfast area for workers with full tables and chairs. Coordinated the organization of giving raincoats to all union members with a total value of 235.8 million VND. Giving gifts to union members' children worth 400 million VND.
In the enterprise, there is 1 employee in especially difficult circumstances, the Trade Union has mobilized 96 million VND to support. The grassroots trade union also visited and proposed support from the higher-level trade union for workers who had unfortunate accidents or serious illnesses.
At Shyang Hung Cheng Co., Ltd. (An Thanh ward, Thuan An city), the company's Trade Union organizes many useful playgrounds for workers. Giving milk to improve nutrition and health for 7,182 union members and workers with a total cost of 244.6 million VND. The grassroots union visited the boarding house to encourage and support 100 union members in difficult circumstances with a total cost of 44.3 million VND.

Mr. Luu The Thuan - Head of the Propaganda Department of the Women's Union of Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor said that during the 2025 Workers' Month, trade unions at all levels in Binh Duong have taken care of about 78,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances. The total amount of support for workers is more than 8.8 billion VND. The Provincial Federation of Labor has commended and rewarded 23 collectives.
