According to information from functional agencies, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha is the Director, and also the legal representative of Ngoc Viet Education Co., Ltd. (tax code 0110857781), headquartered on the 4th floor, M5 office building, No. 91 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Giang Vo ward, Hanoi city. This enterprise operates in the fields of creation, art and entertainment.
According to business registration data, Ngoc Viet Education Co., Ltd. was established in October 2024, initially registered the main occupation as film and video production. The enterprise has a charter capital of 5 billion VND, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha (born in 1979), and also holds the position of General Director and legal representative.
During operation, this enterprise changed its name many times. In October 2024, the company changed its name to Master-V Education and Training Co., Ltd.; in February 2025, it continued to change its name to Ngoc Viet Education Co., Ltd. By September 2022, the capital structure changed when Mr. Bui Van Trung withdrew capital, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien contributed 600 million VND, equivalent to 30% of charter capital.
