On May 27, at the program to launch the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers" for the period 2025 - 2030, Chairwoman of Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor Huynh Thi Tuyet Vui requested that Trade Unions at all levels continue to innovate the content and methods to direct the emulation movement for good workers, creative workers to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of Dong Thap Labor Federation, Ms. Vui called on all cadres, union members, civil servants, officials and employees in the province to promote the patriotic tradition, unite one heart, focus intelligence, enthusiasm, overcome all difficulties, challenges, strive to emulate the highest achievement, successfully implement the emulation content, practically celebrate the great anniversary and the union of the Union in 2025 and the union of the Union in 2025. Second, promote the emulation movement "Good workers, Creative workers" among cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers associated with implementing emulation movements such as: "Good advice, good service", "Cadres, civil servants and public employees of Dong Thap province compete to implement office culture and say no to negativity" in the administrative and career units;
"Higher productivity, better quality" in the blocks of manufacturing, business and services; "Innovation, creativity and efficiency in trade union activities" in trade unions; Improve the quality of the emulation movement "Green - Clean - Beautiful; ensure safety and hygiene", "good at water, housework", "culture, sports"; Actively participate in effective emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee: "The whole country joins in building a new countryside"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor, does not let anyone be left behind"; Continue to promote "studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style".
Thirdly, the implementation of the emulation movement "Good labor, creative labor" must be strongly directed to the grassroots level, associated with the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units, production and business efficiency of enterprises and workers' income; Focusing on promoting the creative spirit of each grassroots trade union, each individual, unanimous, determined to strive to exceed the set targets. The results of the emulation movement must be expressed by works, products, specific parts, meaningful and bringing economic, social and practical values to agencies, units and businesses, bringing practical benefits to workers and contributing to enhancing the position and prestige of trade unions.
And finally, strengthening the propaganda to introduce the new model, good way, advanced examples, collectives and individuals with typical and outstanding achievements, especially workers directly produced. Implementing well and improving the quality of commendation, ensuring timely and in accordance with regulations, in order to encourage, educate and set an example. Improve the role and responsibility of the leader in detecting, praising and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
