The Overseas Labor Center announced the list of workers participating in the exit concentration on March 25, 2025 (detailed list at: https://colab.gov.vn/uploads/19-3-2025%203.pdf) according to the EPS Program.
1. Exit organization plan:
- Time to guide exit procedures: 7:30
- Location for concentrating on exit procedures: Khan Quang Do Hotel - No. 94, Lane 189, Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Lieu Giai Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
- Health check-up fee: X-ray of cardiopulmonary: 65,000 VND, Angina test: 60,000 VND; test for addictive substances: 150,000 VND, maternity diagnosis: 30,000 VND.
2. Workers need to prepare when coming to the exit concentration:
- Bring the following documents:
+ 1 Certificate of Deposit; 1 copy of the Contract to send workers to work in Korea; 1 copy of the Deposit Contract.
+ 4 photos measuring 3cmx4cm, pens, 1 smartphone using 3G or 4G SIM.
+ Documents to open a bank account in Korea: ID card or Citizen identification card, 1 contract signed between a Korean enterprise and an employee; information about the personal tax code.
- Submit to the Overseas Labor Center (collections) as follows:
+ phuc vu (winter): 295,000 VND
+ Security screening fee at Noi Bai airport: 10.5 USD...
- Payments in Korea: $500 to buy risk insurance and repatriation insurance.
In case it is not possible to concentrate on exit according to this notice, it is recommended that workers immediately notify the local Department of Home Affairs with a request to clearly state the reason for the suspension of exit so that the Overseas Labor Center has a basis to notify the Korean side. If workers do not participate in the training as planned, leading to flight cancellations, they must take full responsibility.
