In the 2025–2026 school year, the entire Group had 34,020 children achieving the title of excellent student at all levels.
Among the tens of thousands of diligent and studious faces, 85 children won prizes in national and international competitions and were honored and rewarded by the Group and the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union. Especially among them, there are 3 children who won medals in international competitions and 82 children who won national prizes.

Speaking at the commendation ceremony, Mr. Do Duc Hung - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union said that there are many ways to care for workers: Protecting legitimate and lawful rights and interests; caring for jobs, income, working conditions; accompanying when workers face difficulties.
But there is another very profound care - that is caring for the home behind each worker, for the children they love and entrust their trust and hope to. Therefore, caring for the children of workers is also caring for workers; building a happy family is also creating an additional support for workers to feel secure in their work, creativity and dedication.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union commended 42 typical families of officials and employees at the Vietnam Electricity Group level in 2026.
42 families are 42 separate stories about sharing and responsibility. There are couples working in the Electricity industry; there are people who both complete their tasks well and take care of their parents and raise their children to adulthood; there are families who overcome difficulties and times of separation due to work together.
Family is a fulcrum for workers to feel secure in their work, creativity and dedication; each happy family contributes to building a strong unit and a sustainable development of the Electricity industry.

The Chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union said: The Vietnam Electricity Trade Union determines that caring for families and children of union members and workers is a practical part of the task of representing, caring for and accompanying workers.
In the coming time, the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union will continue to work with the Group and units to better care for the material and spiritual lives of workers and their families; pay more attention to direct labor, remote and isolated areas and families who are still in difficulty; and at the same time continue to encourage and motivate children with talent, will and good achievements.
The Trade Union must be present not only when workers face difficulties, but also accompany them in the joys, dreams and growth steps of each worker's family. That is not only the responsibility but also the feelings and gratitude of the Trade Union organization to the workers who are contributing day and night to the development of Vietnam Electricity Group and to the country's electricity flow" - Mr. Do Duc Hung affirmed.
