Article 5. Content of health check-ups before arranging work
1. Health check before arranging work shall be carried out in accordance with the content of the Health Check Form before arranging work according to the form specified in Appendix II attached to this Circular.
In case employees have had periodic health check-ups, issued health certificates and are still valid according to the provisions of Circular No. 32/2023/TT-BYT dated December 31, 2023 of the Minister of Health detailing a number of articles of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment, specialized examinations shall be performed according to the provisions of Clause 2 of this Article.
2. Depending on the working position of the employee, professional medical examination and treatment practitioners shall prescribe specialized examination suitable for harmful factors at the working position.
3. Perform paraclinical tests (testing, diagnostic imaging, functional exploration) when prescribed by practitioners to suit harmful factors at the workplace.
In addition, the medical examination dossier before arranging work is based on Article 4.
Article 4. Medical examination records before arranging work
1. The letter of introduction of the employer according to the form specified in Appendix I attached to this Circular. In case the workplace has many people who have to undergo health check-ups before being arranged to work, the employer shall make a list and fill in information about the profession, job to be arranged, and harmful factors at the workplace attached to the letter of introduction.
2. Health certificate before arranging work according to the form specified in Appendix II issued with this Circular.
