In January 2025, the Department of Construction of Khanh Hoa province issued a document on handling projects put into operation and use without organizing acceptance.
Previously, in July 2024, the Department of Construction issued a document reviewing the records of projects that were penalized for violating regulations on construction work acceptance. The Department requested the investors of 39 projects to report on the implementation of acceptance and provide documents approving the acceptance results from competent state agencies.
The above 39 projects were fined by the Department of Construction Inspectorate for violating the act of putting the projects into operation without a document approving the acceptance results from a competent state agency.
As of January 2025, there are still 34 projects of investors that have not reported the results of implementing remedial measures for projects put into operation and use without the competent state agency issuing a document approving the acceptance results.
According to the Department of Construction, after review, 28/34 projects were fined for construction that violated the content of the construction permit.
Therefore, the Department requested the investors of 39 projects to report the acceptance status and provide approval documents from competent authorities.
The Department of Construction notes that in case of failure to implement these contents, the investor shall bear full responsibility before the law for any related incidents that may occur.
