On March 10, at the production area of Taiheiyo Shinju Vietnam Pearl Company (a 100% foreign-owned enterprise), a working delegation of the Van Don Special Zone Trade Union worked, exchanged and grasped the situation of implementing regimes and policies for female workers at the enterprise.
According to the company's report, about 85% of employees at the enterprise are female. Over the past time, the enterprise has fully implemented regimes and policies for employees in accordance with the law and collective labor agreements signed.
Regimes on salaries, bonuses, social insurance, labor protection, maternity benefits, holidays, Tet are fully guaranteed; many contents are implemented higher than the provisions of law.
Female employees during pregnancy are arranged to switch to lighter jobs but still receive full salary. Employees are entitled to the 13th month salary, mid-shift meal allowance; are entitled to full salary during the holidays of National Day of Vietnam and National Day of Japan.

In 2025, the enterprise's revenue reached 32.43 billion VND; the average income of employees is about 14 million VND/person/month.
Currently, 3 workers are supported monthly with a level of 1 million VND/person. Among them, 1 case has been supported to build "Trade Union Shelter" in 2024 with the amount of 40 million VND.
At the working session, Ms. Le Thi Net - Chairwoman of Van Don Special Zone Trade Union - acknowledged and highly appreciated the concern of the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union in caring for the lives and ensuring the rights of workers, especially female workers.
It is proposed that businesses continue to coordinate with trade union organizations to well implement regimes and policies, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
