The project investor is Thanh Anh Hoi Vietnam Co., Ltd. The project serves workers of Hai Ha seaport industrial park phase 1, Quang Ha commune with a total land use area of nearly 35,000 m2.
In which, the residential land area is more than 22,000 m2, including nearly 20,000 m2 of land for building social housing in the form of apartments and more than 2,000 m2 of adjacent commercial housing land.
The remaining area is arranged for traffic, green trees and technical infrastructure items.
The project has a projected population scale of about 1,330 people, with a total of 660 apartments. Including 642 social housing apartments; about 18 adjacent houses.
The total investment capital of the project is about 620 billion VND. Implementation period is from 2026 to 2028.
According to the plan, in the second quarter of 2026, the investor will complete investment preparations. By the third quarter of 2027, complete the CT4 social housing apartment building, 18 adjacent houses and accompanying technical infrastructure to put into operation and use.
In the fourth quarter of 2027, two social housing apartment buildings CT5 and CT6 and related technical infrastructure will be completed. The entire project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
According to the Quang Ninh Department of Construction, as of March 2026, the whole province has been and is implementing 16 social housing and worker housing projects with a total area of about 65ha, with a scale of 18,829 apartments.
Of which, 4 projects have been completed with 2,464 apartments. Currently, the province has started construction of 5 projects with 4,991 apartments, and is also completing procedures to start construction of 6 more projects in early 2026 with a scale of 11,158 apartments.
