On November 22, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities said that the whole school currently has 500 union members working in 19 departmental unions; including 327 teachers; 128 specialists and equivalent... with 6 professors, 57 associate professors, 280 doctors, 156 masters.
In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has promptly completed the personnel of the executive committee of 7 departmental trade unions. Strictly implement the work of arranging and streamlining the apparatus; organize the merger of 4 departmental trade unions (CDBP) and dissolve 1 CDBP, reduce the total number of focal points from 22 CDBps to 19 CDBps.
The Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities also did a good job of developing union members and participating in Party building. During the term, 28 new union members were admitted; 28 union members were sent to the Party gratitude class, and 20 outstanding union members were introduced to the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The work of monitoring and evaluating the activities of the Trade Unions has been carried out closely and transparently, as a basis for effective rewards. Every year, 100% of the Trade Union achieves the title of "Completing the task well", of which 30% achieves the title of "Completing the task excellently".
From 2023 to 2025, 41 collectives and nearly 300 union members have been awarded at all levels, including collectives and individuals who have achieved high awards such as the Government Fathering Certificate, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Certificate, the Ministry of Education and Training Certificate, the Ministry-level Emulation Fighter Certificate, etc.
The Truong Trade Union has continuously achieved the title of grassroots Trade Union for excellently completing tasks, receiving the emulation flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Certificate of Merit of the Vietnam Education Trade Union.
