Implementing the Law on Emulation and Commendation and guiding documents for implementation, in order to meet the conditions for appraisal, evaluation and submission of State-level rewards, the Trade Union Working Committee (Standing Agency of the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor) widely informs to collect opinions from union members and workers on collectives and individuals proposed for rewards.

I. Second Class Labor Medal:
