According to Anphabe Company, entering its 13th year, the Best Place to Work in Vietnam program continues to be a prestigious workplace ranking, based on a survey of tens of thousands of workers nationwide (multi-age and occupation), measuring the attractiveness of employer brands of nearly 800 businesses in 18 key industry groups.
The ranking is based on the results of the "Best Place to Work in Vietnam" survey program, which is conducted completely independently, each year recording objective evaluations from tens of thousands of workers (including students, workers, managers, HR workers, leaders...) nationwide and measuring the attractiveness of employer brands of nearly 800 leading businesses in 18 different industry groups in Vietnam.
Based on the voting results, Anphabe will announce the results of the ranking of 100 best places to work in Vietnam - the mid-sized enterprise sector and 100 best places to work in Vietnam - the large enterprise sector with the most attractive working environment in the eyes of workers.
Sharing about this year's program, Ms. Thanh Nguyen, representative of the Organizing Committee, said: "The program "Best Place to Work in Vietnam" will help businesses comprehensively assess employee experiences from satisfaction, connection to development and retaining talent. Not only stopping at a survey program, this is also a platform to connect workers' voices with the business's management strategy, contributing to creating a sustainable and happy working environment. The program will bring businesses valuable data and perspectives, helping organizations proactively lead and nurture a working environment where employees truly want to be attached and contribute for a long time.
According to Anphabe Company, businesses can register to participate in the Best Place to Work in Vietnam Program from now until the end of March 2026.
