The Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a work environment ranking held annually by Anphabe Company, since 2013.
The ranking is based on the results of the Best Workplaces in Vietnam survey program, conducted completely independently, each year recording the objective assessment opinions of tens of thousands of workers nationwide and measuring the attractiveness of the employer brand of nearly 800 leading enterprises in 18 different industry groups in Vietnam.
Based on the voting results, Anphabe will announce the results of the ranking of 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam - Medium-sized Enterprises and 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam - Large-sized Enterprises with the most attractive working environment in the eyes of workers
Ms. Thanh Nguyen - representative of the Organizing Committee, Executive and Inspiration Director of Hanh Phuc at Anphabe - said: "The Best Workplaces in Vietnam program continues to be a measure of reputation to help businesses comprehensively assess the level of satisfaction, cohesion and talent development. Not only stopping at a survey, the program is also a bridge between businesses and workers, helping to build an ideal and happy working environment".
The Best Workplaces survey program in Vietnam assesses the attractiveness of the employer brand of the business through voting, based on 5 stages of attracting talent (Knowledge; interest; application; desire; priority selection) and 6 important groups of criteria on the working environment (Reward; development opportunities; culture & environment; leadership & management; work quality & life; company reputation). The survey also contributes to reflecting the human resource trend of the Vietnamese market over the years.
According to Anphabe, businesses can register to participate in the Best Workplaces in Vietnam Program from now until the end of March 2025.
