This is the second consecutive year that Central Retail Vietnam has received this prestigious award.
Ms. Thai Thi Thu Thao, Human Resources Director of Central Retail Vietnam Group, shared: We are very proud that the efforts of our human resources over the past year have been recognized by the organizers and employees - an increase of 29 places in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam compared to 2024 and a Top 10 in the retail, wholesale, and trade sectors - a rare step forward, for only 2 consecutive years; and especially, being ranked in the Top 50 most attractive Employer Brands for Vietnamese Students. This achievement is a testament to Central Retail's long-term commitment to building a happy and fair working environment, creating development opportunities and bringing excellent employee experiences throughout the system".
According to Ms. Thao, the heart of a good working environment is listening. Over the past year, all of our improvements in benefits, training and promotion opportunities have been built on employee feedback data. This helps us act accurately and bring the most practical value to our team.
In addition, the ICARE culture - promoting innovation, cohesion, ethics and customer focus, along with the Vietnam Associate Management program - an important piece in Central Retail's comprehensive talent development system, is implemented in parallel with clear career paths for both store staff and office workers, which are the core factors that helped the Group win the above award.
In addition, Central Retail Vietnam also proactively implements the "People- centric" strategy - putting people at the center of all decisions; building a diverse culture of "incorporation - respect" (DEI) through internal activities (internal clubs, sports activities, creative competitions; Sports Day, Culture Day; mental health care & family wellness activities...).
Promoting the achievements of the "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam" award, in the coming time, the Group will promote automation to focus resources on creating outstanding value for customers, employees and the community; at the same time, expand youth talent development programs, upgrade digital transformation training activities and enhance networking activities throughout the system in 2026.

The 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a prestigious ranking of the working environment, determined from an independent survey conducted by Anphabe. This year, this ranking is the result of an objective vote of 73,000 respondents, including more than 7,000 students, evaluating more than 650 businesses in 18 key industry groups, representing the most attractive working environments for workers.
