In 2025, the Inspection Committee advised the Standing Committee, the Provincial Labor Federation to issue an inspection and supervision program and a Plan to implement the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity, practicing thrift, and combating wastefulness in trade union levels. 100% of upper-level trade unions directly under the grassroots level are developing inspection and supervision plans for 2025.
As a result of 2025, the whole province organized 863 inspections and supervisions: the provincial level conducted 1 simultaneous financial inspection, supervised 19 inspections; grassroots directly superior trade union 176 inspections; grassroots trade union 667 inspections. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation supervised the management and handover of finances and assets at grassroots directly superior trade unions after the end of operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
Receiving and resolving 2 petitions, advising 415 turns of workers on contracts, salaries, bonuses, overtime work; coordinating to work with 3 businesses with petitions to reflect, promptly handle, and ensure the legitimate and lawful rights of union members and workers.
Inspection activities have contributed to helping the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of trade unions at all levels innovate the content and methods of operation in a focused, key, and scientific direction; the management of trade union financial revenue and expenditure is increasingly disciplined and in accordance with regulations; funding sources are balanced, ensuring good service for trade union activities.
