The signing of the Trade Union Coordination Regulation between 2 units in the Aviation industry aims to better care for workers.

On September 11, Aviation Services Company (VASCO) and Aviation Labor Supply Joint Stock Company (ALSUCO) said that the two sides organized the Signing Ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, Regulations on coordination of activities between the two units and Regulations on coordination of trade union activities between grassroots trade unions of the two units.

The strategic cooperation agreement opens up opportunities for VASCO and ALSUCO to strengthen connections, promote strengths and prioritize the use of each other's products and services.

Accordingly, ALSUCO is ready to accompany VASCO in areas such as labor supply, event organization, air ticket services and services suitable to the Company's capacity; and prioritize using services provided by VASCO.

In particular, the successful recruitment of 20 flight attendants in August 2026, supplementing human resources to serve VASCO's operations, is one of the specific results showing the effectiveness of coordination between the two units.

Along with the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, VASCO and ALSUCO signed the Operating Coordination Regulations, creating a basis for the two sides to closely coordinate in creating sources, recruiting, training, managing and using ALSUCO flight attendants to perform customer care services on VASCO flights.

Through a unified coordination mechanism, the two sides aim to proactively meet the needs of human resources to serve exploitation, while improving management efficiency and the quality of the flight attendant team.

Notably, ALSUCO flight attendants are facilitated to participate in the Youth Union, trade union activities and Party admission at VASCO as full-time employees, thereby strengthening connections and creating conditions for employees to participate more fully in collective activities at the unit.

An important highlight of the event is the signing of the Trade Union Regulation on Trade Union Coordination between VASCO and ALSUCO.

The regulation creates a basis for the two Trade Union organizations to strengthen coordination in activities to care for life, support union members and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of ALSUCO flight attendants who are performing tasks at VASCO.

The two sides also aim for the goal of 100% of ALSUCO flight attendants flying for VASCO participating in the Trade Union, thereby expanding the participation of workers in the Trade Union organization and implementing care and support programs in a more synchronous and practical way.

The simultaneous signing of three documents has formed a relatively comprehensive coordination framework between VASCO and ALSUCO, from production and business cooperation, human resource management and development to Trade Union activities.
