On May 15, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo on continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style among workers, civil servants, and laborers.
After 5 years of implementation, studying and following Uncle Ho has been linked by trade union levels with many patriotic emulation movements, creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of union members and workers.
Movements such as "Good Labor - Creative Labor", "Initiatives, Technical Improvements", "Workers Follow Uncle Ho's Words" are being widely implemented.
Thereby, contributing to improving production and business efficiency, taking care of workers' lives and building harmonious labor relations in enterprises.
Currently, the whole province has more than 900 grassroots trade unions with nearly 89,300 trade union members. From 2021 to now, 100% of upper-level trade unions directly at the grassroots level have organized to thoroughly grasp and develop plans to implement Conclusion No. 01; and at the same time promote propaganda and replicate many good models and practices.
In the past 5 years, trade union levels in the province have supported and visited more than 78,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total budget of over 50 billion VND; coordinated with 224 partners to implement welfare programs for union members with a total preferential value of nearly 23 billion VND.
Many typical models continue to be maintained effectively such as: Taking care of welfare for union members and workers; building harmonious labor relations in enterprises; building green - clean - beautiful agencies and units; voluntary blood donation.
Through emulation movements, many examples of dedicated, creative workers with initiatives that benefit businesses and the community have emerged.
On this occasion, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation commended 26 collectives and 21 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in the period 2021 - 2026.
The Executive Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation also awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Conclusion No. 01.
