Accordingly, in 2024, agencies and units in the Emulation Bloc have focused on improving the quality and effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work, gathering all classes of people to effectively carry out the emulation movements in 2024 launched by the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ministries, branches, localities and member organizations. Agencies and units in the Emulation Bloc have attached importance to improving, innovating, improving the quality and effectiveness of the patriotic emulation movement, directing the emulation movement to successfully carry out the political tasks of agencies and units and actively implementing national campaigns and target programs.
The reward work has had many efforts, gradually become more disciplined and is implemented in accordance with the provisions of law. The commendation is carried out to ensure accuracy, timeliness, fairness, publicity, transparency and democracy. The results of the Emulation Bloc of Socio-political Organizations and Lien minh Organizations in 2024 have directly contributed significantly to the successful completion of the tasks of each agency and unit. At the same time, it strengthens the solidarity and cohesion between members of the Emulation Bloc.
Speaking through the contents of the emulation treaties in 2025, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - said that, implementing the Party's policy, the determination of the entire political system to bring our country into a new era - the era of national growth, striving to be a developing country with modern industry, high average income by 2030 and to become a developed country with high income by 2045, in 2025, units in the Emulation Bloc will continue to launch special emulation campaigns to celebrate the country's major holidays, strive to complete the goals and tasks of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the tasks of socio-economic development in the 5 years 2021 - 2025.
At the same time, organize union members and association members to contribute their opinions to the draft documents of Party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party. Innovate and concretize the emulation movements for the period 2021 - 2025 of the Government, in conjunction with the implementation of campaigns, programs, and emulation movements of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations.
In 2025, agencies and units in the Emulation Bloc will continue to focus on implementing the coordination program to unify the actions of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Deploy the agreed monitoring contents to coordinate implementation and improve the quality of social criticism. Actively propagate and mobilize all classes of people to implement the foreign policies and guidelines of the Party and State. At the same time, constantly innovate content and methods, improve the quality of emulation movements, and focus on special rewards. Implement well the political tasks of each member unit and the general activities of the Emulation Bloc, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Thai Thu Xuong emphasized.
The emulation bloc of socio-political organizations and Lien minh organizations includes 9 member units including: Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association; Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union; Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations; Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations; Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.
Regarding the direction of activities in 2025, comrade Hoang Cong Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) emphasized a number of key tasks. Accordingly, emulation and reward work continues to be promoted with the consultation and concretization of policies and guidelines of the Party and State, while thoroughly implementing related directives and resolutions. The emulation movements aim to celebrate the country's important events, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc. In particular, the Movement "Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025" will be strongly implemented to support poor households and families affected by natural disasters. Typical examples and creative models in the patriotic emulation movement will be spread to encourage the community spirit. At the same time, the method of operation will also be innovated, strengthening coordination to mobilize the active participation of union members and association members in emulation movements and campaigns.
