To celebrate the 30th anniversary of its establishment (July 1, 1996 - July 1, 2026), the TKV Trade Union organized the commendation of 90 typical faces representing more than 93,000 employees throughout the Group. The 90 faces honored are trade union officials, management officials and workers with outstanding achievements, advanced examples, role models in production and work, saying and doing, with proposals, initiatives, innovative and effective solutions in labor production; with good working style and organizational discipline.
Typically, the manager of Transport Workshop 1, Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company, Mr. Bui Ngoc Binh was awarded the title of National Emulation Soldier, Labor Medal, Third Class. Or like Chairman of the Trade Union of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company Do Van Tang - a typical Trade Union official awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister, the Nguyen Van Linh Award of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour...
Through 7 times of organization, the "Glory of Miners" program with many meaningful topics suitable for each period, at the Group level, has commended 1,175 outstanding workers, good managers; tens of thousands of typical individuals at member units.
On this occasion, Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the General Confederation, Chairman of TKV Trade Union and Mr. Nguyen Tien Nhuong - Chairman of the Trade Union of Nui Beo Coal Joint Stock Company were awarded the Third-class Labor Medal.
Strong innovation in thinking and operating methods
Speaking at the ceremony, VGCL President Nguyen Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the activities of TKV Trade Union.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan requested TKV Trade Union levels to continue to promote the glorious tradition of the heroic Mining Region working class, the tradition of Discipline and Unity, focusing on performing well a number of key tasks. In which, continue to take better care of the material, spiritual and working conditions of workers. All trade union activities must be oriented towards grassroots levels, taking workers as the center.
Strongly launch patriotic emulation movements, arousing the aspiration to contribute of the team of workers in the coal industry. In the new period, emulation movements need to focus on improving labor productivity, ensuring safety, promoting mechanization, automation, digital transformation, scientific research, promoting initiatives, technical improvements and mastering modern technology. Effectively implement the new emulation movement of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor "Good Labor, High Productivity, Good Income" launched immediately after the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.
