Practical for the lives and jobs of female workers
To celebrate International Women's Day, in response to "Ao Dai Week" 2026, the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of the Customer Care Center, Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) launched the program "Ao Dai - Sending Love". Along with that, the CĐCS launched the movement "One Call - One Smile", improving communication quality, standardizing working style, language style, service attitude, taking customer satisfaction as a measure of the spirit of responsibility of female officials and employees.
Ms. Nguyen Do Thuy An - women's work group of the Customer Care Center - shared: On weekdays, work at the Center requires high concentration and fast pace to support customers in a timely manner, so women often prioritize dynamic clothes. But on this occasion, wearing ao dai not only helps women feel more feminine and graceful, but it seems that every word and smile when consulting and answering customers will also become softer and more caring. This is truly a very meaningful activity of the Trade Union in March... The movement "Each Call - A Smile" launched by the grassroots Trade Union at the right time, in accordance with work requirements, has contributed to building corporate culture as well as spreading the image of the electricity industry woman "Charming - Intelligent - Responsible - Dedicated".
In each industry, the Trade Union organization deploys activities suitable to the needs as well as practical to the lives and jobs of female workers in the day of women. The Vietnam Textile and Garment Trade Union said that at Nha Trang Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company, the Company's Trade Union coordinates professionally to organize many meaningful activities for female officials and employees. At factories and departments, Women's Union groups proactively base on the production situation and actual work to coordinate with professional groups to organize meetings, propaganda, and exchange experiences in work and life. The activities take place practically, contributing to raising awareness, encouraging spirit and strengthening the cohesion in the female labor collective.
In particular, the Executive Board, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee and leaders of member units organized gifts for all female officials and employees. Each gift is a helmet worth 13,500,000 VND, showing concern and care for female workers.
Also at Nghe An Branch - Nam Dan Garment Factory of Hanoi Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation, a cooking contest with the theme "Hanosimex - Sweetness of Love" took place. The contest is an opportunity for women to show off their housework skills as well as oratory skills, both showing their knowledge and understanding of the unit, and proving their own housekeeping ability...
Cultivate patriotism and pride to enhance responsibility
To celebrate International Women's Day March 8, the Trade Union of May 10 Corporation - JSC organized a program to visit, study politics, and educate traditions for nearly 70 typical trade union officials of units throughout the system. The journey to the source at red addresses of Hanoi Capital is not only a meaningful political activity but also an opportunity for each Trade Union official to cultivate more bravery, pride and responsibility.
Trade union officials were very touched to directly learn about history at the National Assembly Building, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Ho Chi Minh Museum and Hoa Lo Prison - historical works and relics as well as cultural and political symbols of Vietnam. It can be said that this is a lively way of doing things in International Women's Day activities. Thereby contributing to fostering political awareness, improving historical understanding, especially consolidating belief and ideals for the contingent of officials. In addition, the Program also contributes to strengthening exchanges and connections between units, spreading the spirit of solidarity, creating the strength of the Trade Union organization.
