On December 17, the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) held a conference on trade union training and deployed a number of contents related to the organization of the 18th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025.
The conference was attended by nearly 150 delegates who are chairmen, vice chairmen and members of the executive committees of grassroots trade unions under the Provincial Federation of Labor, along with representatives of central industry trade unions located in the area.
At the conference, delegates were disseminated knowledge and trade union skills associated with current practical requirements; and were instructed on contents related to the organization of the 18th Provincial Trade Union Congress.

The Provincial Federation of Labor also organized a consultation on the draft Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union (amended and supplemented) and the report of the Executive Committee of the 13th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, up to now, basically the qualified grassroots unions have completed the organization of congresses and conferences for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the instructions of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The Provincial Federation of Labor said that it has fully prepared all conditions to organize the 18th Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, ensuring compliance with the regulations and instructions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The Congress is scheduled to take place on December 24 and 25, 2025 at the Provincial Convention Center.
Through the training conference, delegates were equipped with more knowledge and professional skills to improve the effectiveness of trade union activities at the grassroots level, contributing to preparing well the conditions to successfully organize the new Provincial Trade Union Congress.
