The conference was chaired by Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Chairman of Yen Bai Ward Trade Union, Head of Emulation Cluster No. 1. Attending were full-time trade union officials from units in the Cluster.
At the conference, delegates focused on evaluating the results of task implementation of each cadre and civil servant in the third quarter; frankly pointed out the achieved results, limitations, and difficulties in the process of task implementation.
The assessment is carried out in a democratic, objective, and public spirit, associated with the assigned responsibilities and tasks and the effectiveness of each individual's work.
Thereby, contributing to ensuring that the ranking results accurately reflect the actual capacity, sense of responsibility and level of task completion of the team of trade union officials.
Delegates also spent time exchanging and sharing experiences in organizing trade union activities, especially ways to improve the quality of care and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Through the conference, Emulation Cluster No. 1 unified the results of evaluating and ranking cadres and civil servants in the third quarter of 2026, and at the same time created motivation for the team of trade union officials to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness, creativity, improve work efficiency, contributing to completing trade union work tasks in 2026.
On this occasion, Emulation Cluster No. 1 presented 10 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND, to support 10 union members in difficult circumstances belonging to the grassroots Trade Union of Chien Thang Nghia Lo Co., Ltd.
The gifts are practical encouragement, showing the spirit of companionship and care of the Trade Union organization for union members and workers who are still facing difficulties in life.
