The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement Directive No. 58-CT/TW dated January 10, 2026 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership over propaganda, political and ideological education, and law for workers in the new situation.
Accordingly, the plan sets a goal to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, mass organizations and employers in propaganda and political, ideological, and legal education for workers in the new situation.
The propaganda content focuses on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; and at the same time pays attention to disseminating regulations directly related to the rights and interests of workers such as wages, social insurance, health insurance, safety, and occupational health.

The Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee requests Party committees, agencies, and units to include this content in the annual work program; organize widespread dissemination to officials, party members, trade union members and workers.
Along with that, propaganda activities will be deployed flexibly through many forms such as Party cell meetings, conferences, electronic information systems, digital platforms and social networks, in order to increase access for workers.
Notably, the work of fighting and refuting toxic information in cyberspace is identified as a key task. Steering Committee 35 at all levels is assigned to proactively advise, orient propaganda, spread positive information, contributing to maintaining ideological stability among workers.
In addition, the province also requests to strengthen education on industrial working style, labor discipline, and professional skills; and at the same time take care of the material and spiritual life, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
The innovation of propaganda methods in the direction of combining direct and online, applying digital technology and artificial intelligence in content production is also emphasized to improve access efficiency.
Agencies and units are assigned to regularly inspect, evaluate, promptly commend, and replicate good models and effective practices in propaganda, education and mobilization of workers.
