On the afternoon of April 20, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation organized a conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-CT/TW dated May 18, 2021 on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo on "promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style" among union members and workers.
Speaking at the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Nhiem, Chairwoman of the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged that in the past 5 years, good models and creative ways of working from the "Good Labor, Creative Labor" movement have been associated with the campaigns "Loyalty, responsibility, integrity, creativity" and "Emulating to implement office culture"...
The results of the past 5 years will be a solid premise to build trust, arouse the desire to contribute, contribute to building a strong Vietnam Trade Union organization, and build Lao Cai homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.
Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation currently has 2 professional departments; 11 commune and ward trade unions and 517 grassroots trade unions with a total of 41,279 union members.
Implementing Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo, over the past 5 years, the study and following of Uncle Ho has been implemented by trade union levels associated with political tasks and practical activities of each agency, unit, and enterprise.
Emulation movements such as "Good labor, creative labor", "Good at state affairs, good at housework", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene"... are widely deployed, creating an environment for union members to train, strive and show their roles.
In particular, the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members at all levels of trade unions is focused on promoting. The development of personal plans and signing commitments for cultivation and training are seriously implemented.
Over the past 5 years, over 3,000 initiatives have been recognized, nearly 400 solutions participated in the Provincial Technical Innovation Contest; 1,500 projects, products submitted, and emulation products with a profit value of nearly 21 billion VND.
Along with that, the work of building and replicating models and advanced examples has been synchronously implemented by trade union levels, associated with the reality of each locality and unit.
Many practical and effective models have been built, typically such as: "Every day remembering Uncle Ho's teachings, every week a story about Uncle Ho", "Building a happy school", "Innovating style and attitude of service towards patient satisfaction", "School associated with the cultural heritage of my hometown", "Lighting up rural roads", "Each Trade Union Chairman - A typical example"... contributing to creating a habit of regular learning and training among officials and union members.
In the period 2021-2026, the whole province has deployed 370 models and built 386 advanced examples. Many models have promoted clear effectiveness, been replicated, creating a widespread impact throughout the trade union system.
On this occasion, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 7 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing "Promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style among union members and workers" in the period 2021-2026.
