On February 28, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation informed that the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks had just held a conference to announce the decision to admit 160 trade union members and establish the grassroots trade union of OAKONCEPT Vietnam Co., Ltd.
This is an important milestone in the development of trade union organizations, contributing to consolidating the workers' movement and building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.

At the program, the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks announced the decision to admit 160 workers and employees who meet the conditions to join the Trade Union organization, and at the same time awarded the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of OAKONCEPT Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The Provisional Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 members has been launched, officially taking office.

The admission of a large number of union members right from its establishment shows the trust of employees in the trade union organization, as well as the concern and creation of conditions by the Enterprise's Board of Directors in building a stable and progressive working environment.
In the coming time, the grassroots Trade Union will focus on performing well the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; launching labor and production emulation movements, contributing to improving the productivity and efficiency of business operations.

On this occasion, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances; BIDV Lao Cai branch presented 5 gifts to support workers, showing concern and practical companionship with workers.
In particular, within the framework of the program, the grassroots Trade Union and the Company's Board of Directors signed a Collective Labor Agreement with 5 contents that are more beneficial to workers than the provisions of law.

Accordingly, businesses commit to implementing attendance allowance regimes, gasoline support, increasing meal allowances, and New Year's and Lunar New Year bonuses.
These policies contribute to increasing income, improving living standards and creating motivation for workers to feel secure and stick with the business for a long time.
