Attending the Conference were Mr. Hoang Cong Anh - General Director of the Company; Nguyen Song Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; Vu Ha Thanh - Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union and 86 delegates who are employees of the Company.
One of the notable points in the Report of the Chairman of the Company's Trade Union is that the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has conducted 6 periodic dialogues with the Board of Directors of the Company in amending and supplementing regulations related to employees and implementing Collective Labor Agreements, implementing Labor Contracts, labor recruitment policies, participating in giving opinions on draft plans, reports, salary regulations of the Company, proposing rewards for employees with achievements, employees who complete tasks or more are rewarded compared to the general criterion of completing well or better before being rewarded.
One of the tasks for the last 6 months of the year identified by the Company's Trade Union is to advise the Company's leaders to amend, supplement, and promulgate the Salary Regulations; Grassroots Democracy Regulations; Emulation and Commendation Regulations; Internal Spending Regulations.
Monitor and supervise the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, Resolution of the 2026 Workers' Conference; implement regimes and policies for workers.
Participate in giving opinions on internal documents of the Company regarding regulations related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees.
At the conference, Mr. Hoang Cong Anh answered 7 proposals and recommendations from workers at 4 departmental trade union groups. Among them, the proposal to support midnight meals was resolved immediately at the Conference with a minimum level of 30,000 VND.
Also at the Workers' Conference, the Collective Labor Agreement was signed with a number of amended and supplemented contents.
The content of the Collective Labor Agreement has highlights such as in addition to private leave days with full salary according to the provisions of law, employees are entitled to private leave but still receive full salary and must notify the employer in the following cases: Marriage: 3 days off; Biological children, adopted children marrying: 1 day off; Biological father, biological mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother; biological father, biological mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother of wife or husband; wife or husband; deceased biological children, adopted children: 3 days off.
Male workers whose wives give birth are entitled to maternity leave within the first 30 days from the date of birth of their wives according to the provisions of the Law on Social Insurance, including 5 working days if the wife gives birth naturally; 7 working days off when the wife gives birth to children requiring surgery, giving birth to children under 32 weeks old; 10 working days off in case the wife gives birth to twins, from three births or more, each additional child is entitled to an additional 3 working days off; 14 working days off in case the wife gives birth to twins or more and requires surgery. (employees must submit to the Company valid documents according to regulations and instructions of the Social Insurance agency)...

On the occasion of the Workers' Conference, the Company's Trade Union received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
