The report was conducted by 24h Work and Coc Coc Research, based on an online survey in December 2025 with 1,009 workers, candidates and employers aged 18 and over nationwide.
According to the report, 2025 recorded stability in the majority of the labor force with more than 1/2 of survey participants saying they still work in their old positions at their old companies. 9.5% actively quit their jobs and 4.3% were fired, falling into unemployment.
Notably, the group of unemployed workers faced many difficulties in finding new jobs.
For the group who quit their jobs and were unemployed in the past year, 36% have not found new jobs. This figure shows the difficulty in the process of rejoining the labor market.
16.3% of employees who lost their jobs have not yet started looking for new job opportunities, showing that the process of finding new jobs has not taken place immediately for a part of the personnel, showing the interruption and certain delay in job transfer behavior.
