Losing a job is not disoriented
Faced with changes in the labor market, many young workers do not wait inactively but quickly adapt, proactively seeking new opportunities after losing their jobs due to business difficulties.
Nguyen Viet Thanh (Hanoi) has just ended 5 years of working at an electronics company after a personnel streamlining period.
To avoid wasting time, Viet Thanh quickly updated her documents and participated in the job fair organized by the Hanoi Employment Service Center.
At first, I was shocked and disappointed. But after only one day, I started looking for new jobs through online platforms and consulting direct recruitment channels, Thanh shared.
Similarly, Ms. Tran Minh Phuong (26 years old) - a former coordinator at a logistics company - said that she has been unemployed for nearly a month and is trying to find a new job.
I am willing to learn more skills or switch to another field if suitable and have the opportunity to develop, said Ms. Phuong.
Enterprises expand job opportunities for workers
In parallel with the need to find a job for workers, many businesses are also actively recruiting to supplement human resources for the end of the year, including positions for candidates with no experience.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoi - personnel specialist of Sigma Inspection and Trading Company - said that the company is recruiting engineer positions (salary from 25 million VND/month) and technical workers (from 12 million VND/month).
"We do not focus on experience but prioritize candidates with a positive attitude and a progressive spirit. For technical positions, the company has an internal training program to support beginners, Mr. Hoi informed.
At the Golden Gate Group recruitment center, Ms. Nguyen Khanh Vy - a recruitment specialist - said that the company is recruiting a large number of workers in many different positions such as servers, kitchens, shift managers... nationwide.

"We recruit candidates aged 18 and over, no experience is required. The important thing is that candidates have a sense of responsibility, are receptive and ready to work in a service environment, said Ms. Vy.
